Please send up a special prayer today for Trey Exum... Trey injured his knee and leg in last nights football game. I have not heard the end results, but I'm sure he is in Opelika at the orthopedic's office.

An update (from Robin) on Mark Prestridge:
MARK IS GOING BACK TUESDAY FOR BLOOD WORK AND THEN THE SURGERY IS GOING TO BE WEDNESDAY. MARK WON'T KNOW WHAT TIME THE SURGERY IS GOING TO BE UNTIL TUESDAY BUT DR. CRAWFORD THINKS MARK MAY COME HOME THAT AFTERNOON OR THE NEXT MORNING.

I have heard partial good news on my recent tests... one of the tests has come back clear (wahoo!) and they should have the other one back by the beginning of next week. Thank you so much for all of your prayers.

A note from Marty Kirby of SUSCC:
The buses came at 5:00 this morning and the evacuees are on their way back home. Please pray that these individuals will have a safe trip home and that their homes will be intact. Thank you to EVERYONE who helped in any way make the evacuees comfortable and feel cared for. I hoped they all received a blessing during their time here. I know that we all at Southern Union were blessed to have them. They were kind and grateful and I hope that maybe something we said or did will have a lasting impact on their lives.

Last night some of our students wanted to provide a Christian "concert" for them. It was outstanding and everyone in that room was moved. Thanks so much to our very talented group Randall, Leo, Kimberly, Lindsey,LaPortia, and Keith.

Thanks so much !!!!

I am looking for six (reasonably priced!... aw, c'mon, I know there's SOME reasonable ones out there!) Auburn/Georgia game tickets... Spenser is an Auburn fan and she is turning 15... my brother is a Georgia Alum... he and Spenser have quite the rivalry going so I am trying to get these for our family to go for their birthdays (hers is in September and his is in November)... Please send me an e-mail if you have, or know of someone who has some tickets that they are interested in selling. Thanks...

Have a Blessed Day!
Donna
