With sadness I need to inform you all that Mr. Larry Colley passed away yesterday. Mr. Colley was married to Barbara, was active in First Baptist and father to Julie Thompson (who works at Bank of Wedowee). He served as Game Warden and also Sheriff of Randolph County. He and Mrs. Colley reside in Valley now, but were long time residents of Randolph County. I don't know his arrangements right now, his family was meeting this morning. Keep this sweet family in your prayers.

The Miss Randolph County Pageant will be held in the RCHS Auditorium on Saturday, December 12th at 10:00am. It is a pageant for RCHS, Wedowee Middle School, and RCHS Elementary students ONLY. Entrance Fee is $25, Most Photogenic Fee is $5, Prettiest Eyes Fee is $5. Deadline for entry is Thursday, December 10th. See Robyn Wortham for details.
