Prayer Requests

Please pray for Mallory Henley and her family from the Woodland area. Mallory's 4 month old baby, Jada, was discovered this morning as a victim of SIDS. Pray hard.

Also, Mrs. Betty Holmes is in Wedowee Hospital. She is not doing well at all. I have heard that the family is requesting minimal visits. Pray for this family.

I spoke with Brooke Laney, she is still having lots of trouble and said that she is taking it "one day at a time". Pray for peace for her.

There are LOTS of people that are going through the different stages of grief. Please pray for our community as we try to go on with a different kind of life. Change is difficult. Especially when it is permanent. You have to sort through the beginnings of new relationships, the ending of some other relationships, tweaks in family relations, and a new role in life. Change can be good, it can be a new phase... a station of new discoveries, new friends, new opportunities. Pray that all of us learn from our life experiences, and can have joy in the future ahead... Tuck the memories into our personal little jewel boxes to be treasured and polished, then take that jewel box with us in our hearts as we create new ones.
